- Room’s Average : okay for a single day (if you have some work in and around that area.) - They charged 100 Rs/- per hour for early check-in / late check-out - No restaurant : even though they say they have room service. You will find a lot of options for food if you step outside the hotel. - Location is very convenient and easily accessible. - Bedsheets, towels aren’t that hygienic better to get yourself if your specific about it.

Worst experience with this hotel. Not at all hygienic. I think they didn't even clean or change the bedsheets. Also we had some company from few blood sucking tiny insects. Overall very disappointed.

Worst experience ever had in my life. Pls don’t get fooled by the pictures shown on google it’s totally different. Unhygienic bathroom, bedsheet smell like rotten eggs. Even the doors have no lock

Here the receptionist very rude , while checkin they told one word after checkout they asked for extra money. It's not not recommended from my side.

Plaza Heights is very near by to the Madiwala bus drop off points. so it was an easy walk to the location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice location with all kerala hotels nearby. …

Don't take an option for clean and nice stay .They willnot change the clothes and room like garbage
